THE BREAKDOWN
BrightHive remodeled the basement in this gorgeous 1,100 sq. foot home; we renovated the existing full bathroom, adding a bathtub and replacing the toilet, built a half bathroom, installed electrical and lighting fixtures, built a custom linen closet, and painted and replaced flooring throughout. We tackled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 staircase, 1 hallway and 1 bonus room, turning this dark, dingy basement into a beautiful, welcoming and functional area for the whole family.
